We accept returns/refunds for:

Unused items in original packaging (resalable condition).

Non-eligible cases:

❌ Opened/used items or special categories (underwear, intimate products);

❌ Exceeds 30-day return window.

2. Return Process

1️⃣ Contact Support (email/live chat) with order ID, reason, and photos;

2️⃣ Await approval (1-3 business days);

3️⃣ Ship item back (customer covers return shipping);

4️⃣ Inspect & refund (processed within 5-7 days after receipt).

3. Refund Method

Refunds issued via original payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days processing.

4. Key Notes

  • Exchanges: Follow return process, then reorder;
  • Shipping damage: Submit photos for replacement/refund;
  • Partial refunds: Only applicable amounts refunded.

5. Limitations

  • Customer-induced damage or misuse;
